After over 30 years in the world of graphic arts , it was time to move on. In 2003 we moved to this paradise of a Desert.
The decision as to where to move did not take more than 5 minutes, as both my wife and I fell in love with the Desert & the Palm springs Area many years ago,' we had sand in our shoes' ,
An old Native American saying I once read and memorized, is what I tell friends who ask me, "Why the Desert ?" , I tell them :
" Once you have experienced the deep purple sunset and a clear desert night with gentle warm breeze, you will have 'sand in your shoes'.........." Meaning, you are drawn to come back.

Between 1985 and 2002 I ran Universal Color Graphics ,Ltd as it's hands on President. On top of the day to day operation of the business and 9 employees, I procured clients, did public relations, conducted detailed quality control before any job left the premises , and on many occasions I was delegated by some of my major clients to approve jobs at their Printer before any press run.
Giving the client Top Quality & Service is a must and never fails!
During those years I had the privilege of having a Who is Who list of Clients from top Designers like Peter Green Design in LA, and Seibel/Mohr in New York .

I love being a Realtor because I love people, and love helping, and real estate gives me the unique opportunity of continuously meeting people and helping them. I do volunteer work at my Church and local Charities, whenever time permits.
