We definitely recommend Abraham as a realtor. He spent many hours helping us find the home perfect for our situation. Abraham really went the extra mile from start to finish.

We had just missed out on one house but had found another one to look at the next day. We met at the house at 4:00. Abraham had investigated the property and found out bids were due that night. We made a decision to submit a bid and Abraham completed the offer that night, met with us for the signatures and emailed it to the bank's realtor. He also followed up to make sure our offer had been received and included in the decision process. It was a late night for him.

Our offer was successful! We had to leave town and Abraham made sure we were fully informed on the closing process for the property. I have to admit the amount of paperwork for a house in California was a surprise but he did an outstanding job of organizing and completing the paperwork.

We were also very pleased that the houses we were shown were all real possibilities for us rather than a shotgun approach of showing us everything. Abraham quickly understood what we were looking for and searched for the appropriate properties.
