I've just bought a home in Sun City Shadow Hills. Abraham was awesome every step of way through the process.
I drove up from Carlsbad, Abraham selected two homes for me to see on the same day. I'm moving into one of those homes... the more expensive one. It was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. In short, it took me one day to find a new home.
Abraham's attention to detail, coordination with banks, escrow, seller agent, followup, closing a good deal for both parties, and communication was second to none. I mean.. I was getting calls and emails late into the evenings, Abraham making sure buyer and seller were on the same page.
The guy was a joy to work with. We are now valued friends, and i've already recommended Abraham to another potential customer.
Abraham never shirked a task, went the extra mile, cheerful always, smart as a whip. I was always confident of Abraham's wisdom, and direction. splendid experience all the way, he made the pressure light, the process fun, you're lucky to have this warm hearted, colorful guy with a touch of magic.

He kept us on top of all of the items the bank and escrow offices needed and overcame many obstacles placed in the road by them.. He sold us a house we are very happy in, and sold our old house for a price which I wasn't sure we could get.
